Project Officer - Youth Empowerment & Skills
Lead community outreach, training delivery coordination, and field monitoring for our flagship youth digital and vocational hubs.
Role Description & Key Responsibilities
1. Role Overview
ASTA Foundation is seeking an energetic, dedicated Project Officer to drive our community youth development initiatives across Cox's Bazar. The officer will coordinate with local union parishads, manage training hubs, and supervise field volunteers.
2. Core Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day operations of ASTA digital literacy training centers.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, youth advocacy clubs, and community awareness sessions.
- Prepare weekly field monitoring notes, participant attendance rosters, and monthly donor progress reports.
- Coordinate closely with the MEAL team to gather real-time beneficiary feedback.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Science, Development Studies, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years proven field implementation experience in community development or youth training.
- Fluent in Bengali & Chittagonian dialect; strong working proficiency in English.
- Sound digital tools proficiency (MS Office, Google Workspace, mobile data tools like KoboToolbox).
