MEAL & Field Research Coordinator
Oversee project baseline evaluations, quantitative survey data collection, indicator tracking, and accountability mechanisms.
Role Description & Key Responsibilities
Role Summary
The MEAL Coordinator will formulate indicator tracking matrices, configure digital data collection tools (Kobo, Google Forms, ODK), and conduct thorough qualitative and quantitative evaluations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design baseline and endline evaluation frameworks and survey questionnaires.
- Train and supervise mobile field enumerators across field assessments.
- Establish responsive Community Feedback and Complaints Mechanisms (CFM).
- Author comprehensive impact case studies and quarterly donor reports.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Development Studies, or Social Sciences.
- Strong quantitative analysis skills (SPSS, Stata, Excel, or R).
- Expertise in mobile data collection platforms (KoboToolbox, Google Forms, CommCare).
- Excellent English report writing and verbal presentation skills.
